Melody Moffatt

Melody Moffat has been passionate about piano from a young age, having studied with a variety of distinguished teachers. She is currently pursuing her studies in both piano and cello at Algoma University. Melody has successfully completed her Level 8 and 9 Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) piano examinations with Honours and holds a Level 8 Theory certificate.

In addition to her formal training, Melody writes and arranges her own music. She holds an Elementary Piano Teacher certificate from the RCM, specializing in teaching levels Prep A&B through Level 4. She is currently studying piano at a Level 10 standard and is well-equipped to teach students from beginner to intermediate levels.

In her cello instruction, Melody is capable of teaching beginners from Prep to Level 2/3. Although she is relatively new to the cello compared to her extensive piano background, Melody is enthusiastic about guiding new beginners on their musical journey.
