Allan Watson
Allan Watson's journey in music began with a passion for drumming in his youth, which later evolved into headlining sold-out shows in Sault Ste. Marie with his band, Room 206. He has shared the stage with major acts such as Treble Charger and The Tea Party, demonstrating his prowess as a drummer.
In addition to his performance experience, Allan honed his skills in music production and sound engineering at Toronto's renowned Harris Institute of the Arts. During this time, he had the opportunity to work with industry legends, including Meatloaf, and immersed himself in the intricacies of music production.
Allan's career took him to Los Angeles, where he recorded with The Flys and performed at the iconic Whiskey A Go-Go. Back home, he has continued to contribute to the local music scene as a member of bands such as Last Band Standing and BOOKCLUB, showcasing his versatility across a wide range of musical styles.
This September, Allan will be bringing his extensive experience and passion for drumming to our classrooms. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced drummer looking to refine your skills, Allan is ready to guide the next generation of musicians.
